TENDER IN SEALED ENVELOPE, clearly marked “Township of Russell with the tender number well identified”, will be received for the following:
PWPR12-05 REHABILITATION OF THE ST. JACQUES BRIDGE
SEALED TENDERS will be received at the Offices of the Township of Russell at 717 Notre-Dame Street, Embrun, Ontario, K0A 1W1 no later than: TENDER CLOSING: 2 p.m., local time, on Wednesday, May 16th, 2012. Tenders will be opened in public at the Township’s Offices immediately following closing time on Wednesday, May 16th, 2012.
The general scope of the rehabilitation work includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: scarifying and overlaying the deck and sidewalks, removal and reconstruction of the exterior of the sidewalk overhangs, replacement of the traffic barriers, replacement of the expansion joints, installation of shear keys, minor embankment stabilization work, asphalt replacement on the approaches and installation of steel beam guiderail on approaches.
Complete tender documents (electronic .pdf version, free of charge) will be available on Thursday, April 26th, 2012, from HP Engineering Inc., 39 Robertson Road, Suite 400, Ottawa, Ontario, K2H 8R2 and will be sent via email upon request. Hard copies of the documents will also be available upon request and on payment of a non-refundable cost of $60.00 per set. Cheques should be made payable to HP Engineering Inc.
