The office of the Chief Administrative Officer
Under the direction of Council, the CAO has a mandate to coordinate, lead and ensure the efficient and effective organization and administration of all departments and committees. He oversees the development, implementation and administration of objectives, policies, services and programs as established and approved by Council in order to provide the best available services to the residents of the Township.
Mr. Leduc oversees the direction of all employees within the Township and ensures periodic reviews of the organizations departmental structure. Mr. Leduc directs the exercise of a general financial control of all civic departments and acts as the administrative spokesperson of the Township.
