Quality Management System Policy
The Township of Russell is committed to consistently provide a high level of service to consumers, to provide a safe, high quality and sufficient quantity of drinking water to consumers, to maintain and continually improve on the Drinking Water Quality Management System implemented at Public Utilities, and to comply with applicable legislation and regulations.
Drinking Water Quality Management System (DWQMS)
The Operational Plan for the Township of Russell Drinking Water System is available for public viewing at the Municipal Clerk’s office located at 717 Notre-Dame Street and also at the Public Utilities office located at 851 Route 400. If you have any questions regarding the Operational Plan or the Quality Management System (QMS) Procedures please contact the QMS Representative at cathyparent@russell.ca.
Hours of operation
The office hours are from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays. Calls after 4 p.m. and on weekends are transferred to our message centre and staff is dispatched as required.
