The Public Works Department at the Township of Russell is responsible for waste management, township roadways, streetlighting, stormwater management and drainage.

Hours of Operation

Office hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.  Calls after 4:30 p.m. and on weekends are transferred to our message centre and staff is dispatched as required.
