Parks and Recreation Department
The Department of Public Works, Parks and Recreation manages all the recreational facilities in the Township of Russell. It is responsible for all the planning, maintenance and cultural, sports or recreational programming offered in our facilities. With the collaboration of a great number of volunteers and community partners, the township can provide the residents with a variety of activities and promote healthy and active living.
The team also takes care of all the municipal parks, bike path, exterior ice pads, and other municipal locations with a recreation vocation.
