Public Library
The Township of Russell Public Library has two branches: one located at L'école St. Jean, Pavillon La Croisée in Embrun (1045, Notre-Dame Street) the other in the village of Russell (1053, Concession Street).
On the library's website www.russellbiblio.com you can:
- have access to the list of available programs and services
- consult the business hours of both branches
- search the on-line catalogues
- request or reserve library items
- register for library events
- consult a list of community organisations and a calendary of community events
