Public Transit System
The Township of Russell Transit Service was launched in November 2008. It offers its residents a commuting service between Limoges/Embrun and Russell to Ottawa and Hull. We offer 4 runs with different departures and returns starting 5:55 a.m. to 6:30 a.m.

NEW RUSSELL PARK 'n RIDE
Please note that starting March 1st, 2012 the Russell Park & Ride will be located in the Municipal Parking lot at the end of First Ave. behind Monther Theresa Catholic School. The drivers for routes 523 (Russell Embrun) and 526 (Russell) will pick up the commuters at the end of the bike path leading to the parking lot on Concession St.
