3. NEW ROUTE STARTING SEPTEMBER 16, 2013
September 12, 2013
To all Russell Transpo users,
Following some comments and suggestions from users, we have made modifications to the existing options to address the recent increase in delays. To view the new schedule, please click on the link below.
Revised Schedules - Starting Sept 16 2013
Please keep in mind that some options may still experience delays due to various construction sites in Ottawa.
We will continue to monitor the situation with the assistance of the drivers and 417 Bus Lines. Please do not hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
During the revision period for the Russell Transpo routes, the dry run were done during the months of July and August. However, due to the recent severe increase in construction sites in Ottawa as well as the return of thousands of students and commuters, some Russell Transpo routes are experiencing major delays.
Even though this predicament is beyond our control, we thought best to inform our users that we will soon carry out a temporary review and possibly make changes to some of the options and routes until further notice or slowdown in the constructions in Ottawa.
We will continue to monitor the situation with the assistance of the drivers and 417 Buslines for the next few days. Please stay tuned next week for any temporary changes to the new schedule.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
