Back to SearchWith resounding success and many happy local winners, the Kin Club of Russell announced the return of a 6th edition of Catch the Ace Lottery to continue raising money for local charities.
In the last installment, this progressive weekly lottery raised over 2 million dollars for local charities. This year’s charities are:
Distribution of weekly ticket sales revenue is as follows:
Ticket sales begin on Monday, October 16th, 2023. You can purchase your weekly tickets at various places throughout the region at the cost of $10 per ticket. If you would like to support youth sporting equipment for the new recreation complex, we invite you to stop by the Sports Dome (150 Sportsplex Street, Embrun), Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. or Saturdays from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. You can also purchase them online at kinclubofrussell.ca/catch-the-ace-tickets/ where you can select the charity you would like to support. Weekly online tickets sales are from 4:00 p.m. Sundays to 11:59 p.m. Saturdays.

The first draw will be on Sunday November 5th, 2023 at 3:15 p.m. and will continue every Sunday until the jackpot is won when Ace of Spade is found. A great way to support our local charities!

- Canadian Guide Dogs for the Blind
- The Good Neighbour’s Food Bank (Russell Township)
- Kin Club of Russell’s Storage Centre for Local Service Clubs and Charities
- The Valoris Foundation
- Winchester District Memorial Hospital (WDMH Foundation)
- Youth Sporting Equipment (Russell Township)
Distribution of weekly ticket sales revenue is as follows:
- 20% to the winning ticket holder;
- 30% will be added to the jackpot;
- 50% will go to the Kin Club of Russell, to be distributed for charitable purposes following deduction of legitimate expenses.
