A Work Approval Application is required for:
- Private entrance (culvert work only)
- New culvert
- Culvert replacement
- Secondary entrance
- Ditch fill
- Widening of entrance with culvert
- Ditch cut (including drilling under road)
- Gravel road cut
- Asphalt half of road cut
- Asphalt full road cut
