Finance Clerk (Extended to April 23, 2021) |

Full-Time POSITION OVERVIEWUnder the direction of the Deputy Treasurer, the candidate will provide financial support on matters related to operational expenses, capital expenditures and special projects. This position is also responsible for providing support to Finance Department such as bank reconciliations, journal entries, and reports related to financial statements and the annual budget. This position is also responsible for providing support with customer service at the reception of the Town Hall. SKILLS, COMPETENCIES AND KNOWLEDGEThe candidate must possess:
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTSExcellent proficiency in understanding, speaking, reading and writing of both French and English. COMPENSATIONThe salary based on a 35 hours week is between $44,828 and $56,045 per year. The Township also offers an excellent benefit package as well as a benefit pension plan. Building Permit Clerk |

Full-Time, Permanent POSITION OVERVIEWUnder the direction of the Planning, Building and Economic Development Director and the Chief Building Official, the candidate will be the primary point of contact for clients seeking information for Building permit and assist Building Officials with routine processing of building permit applications, building permits files, coordinating building inspection requests and inspection schedules, file maintenance and permit closures. SKILLS, COMPETENCIES AND KNOWLEDGE
