The Business Plan is an action plan created by Township staff to track projects and measure progress. A new Business Plan is created every year. Once Council has approved the action plans, Township staff:
- make work plans and budget requests for the actions, create partnerships and work with the community where appropriate;
- track and regularly report on our progress;
- adjust when necessary;
- celebrate our progress.
