The Township of Russell is finalizing the delivery of black bins for waste collection. These bins are essential for ensuring proper sorting and collection of your household waste.

Haven’t received your bin yet?

If you do not receive your black bin by December 1, 2025, please contact us at infrastructure@russell.ca or call 613-443-1747.
