FINAL PUBLIC NOTICE
Heritage Conservation District Plan and Guidelines

You can read the full document “Village of Russell Heritage Conservation District plan and Guidelines” and review how your property evaluation might be impacted on the Township of Russell website on the Heritage Conservation District page.

The third and final reading of the Heritage Conservation District Plan and Guidelines, accompanied by a brief report and the consolidated table of comments is scheduled for presentation at the virtual Council meeting to be held on Monday, May 17, 2021 – 6:00 p.m. Electronic participation only.

Before a decision is made, we are proceeding with one more round of public comments.  Residents are encouraged to review the proposed plan and guidelines and Individual property evaluation and offer comments on specific sections of the report or provide additional information on your individual property evaluation. This feedback will be included in the comments table presented to Council at the May 17 meeting.   

In order for your comments to be considered, you must send an email to dominiquetremblay@russell.ca.  Please note that Staff will not respond to your email. However, your comments will be included in the comments table presented to Council and could lead to additional amendments to the guidelines proposed by staff. The deadline to send your comments to Dominique Tremblay at the above-noted email is 12:00 p.m. on May 5, 2021. Please note that if your comments are received after the deadline, they will not be added to the comments table.
