Celebrating Our Volunteers
As part of National Volunteer Week, the Township of Russell Public Library invites residents to attend a Volunteer Recognition Ceremony honouring the library volunteers whose dedication makes a meaningful difference in our community.
Join us on Sunday, April 26, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., at the Russell branch, for a warm and welcoming gathering featuring light refreshments and the unveiling of a tree dedicated to our volunteers. Everyone is welcome!
Volunteering is about more than giving time — it’s about creating connection, purpose and belonging. Throughout National Volunteer Week and beyond, Russell Township thanks all volunteers for the energy and commitment they bring to our community.
Together, we are igniting volunteerism and building a stronger, more connected community.
