New Way to Contact the Infrastructure Department
Submitting public inquiries and applications to the Infrastructure Department is now easier and more practical using this our new Citywide portal.
How does it work?
On your first visit you will be asked to create a profile and then enter your information. This will save you time when contacting us next time. The form will allow you to pinpoint the exact location of the issue and send us all the details including photos if applicable. Once submitted, you will be able to follow the progress of your request through your profile.

- Lawn repair from winter operation
- Road – Potholes
- Setbacks
- Severance
- Sidewalk inquiries
- Snow removal operation
- Streetlight
- Waste and organic collection
- Zoning
You can also apply for a half-load permit, private entrance approval or a road cut.
You can find this portal directly from our website at the “Need Assistance?” button in the top bar of our website for easy access. You now have the choice to select the left option for all services relating to the Infrastructure Department or the right option to reach other departments and services.
