Notice of Culvert Replacement Construction on St-Pierre Road

The Township of Russell’s Council has approved a contract with A.L. Blair Construction to proceed with the replacement of the existing culvert on St-Pierre Road. This work is necessary to upgrade aging infrastructure and improve drainage.

Construction Timeline

• Start: Week of August 4th, 2025
• Estimated Completion: September 2025

Pre-Condition Survey

A pre-condition survey of nearby properties will be completed by a third-party consultant prior to the start of construction. This survey is standard practice and helps document existing conditions.

Traffic Control

For the safety of workers and the public, St-Pierre Road will be closed from Route 200 to Route 300 for the duration of the construction. Local traffic will be permitted up to the construction zone from either side, but there is no access across the work area. Emergency services and all other traffic will be required to follow the detour route.
