Recreation Complex Construction – January 2026 Update

Construction at the Recreation Complex continues to make steady progress.

On the outside of the building, work is underway to close in the structure. Crews are installing exterior walls, insulation, and metal siding. Large glass sections are also starting to arrive on site and will be installed soon.

Inside the building, walls are being framed throughout the arenas and pool areas. Masonry work is ongoing in areas such as change rooms and pool equipment spaces.

The main lobby and community areas have now had their concrete floors poured, which allows construction of interior walls to continue.

Mechanical and electrical work, such as plumbing, heating, ventilation, and wiring, is progressing in service areas and maintenance spaces.

Roofing work is continuing over the mechanical area on the north side of the building and will move to the pool area in the coming weeks.

With visible progress happening both inside and outside the building, the Recreation Complex is truly taking shape. Each milestone brings us one step closer to opening the doors this fall. We look forward to welcoming residents into this new, vibrant community space and will continue to share updates as we move toward opening day.
