Road Closure on St-Guillaume Road – Starting July 22

The United Counties of Prescott and Russell (UCPR) will be starting road work along St-Guillaume Road starting Wednesday, July 22, 2026, at 7 a.m. This closure is required for the bridge and culvert rehabilitation work.

Closure details:

• When: From Wednesday, July 22, 2026, at 7:00 a.m. to Friday August 28, 2026, at 6:00 p.m.
• Where: St-Guillaume Road between Enterprise Road and Route 300 in Embrun
• Detour – No Emergency Access: Village Street at St-Guillaume Road, to District Street, to Route 300, to St-Pierre Road, to St-Guillaume Road, to 41 m north of Enterprise Road.

Local traffic access to properties will be maintained throughout the construction period. While St-Guillaume Road will be fully closed within active work zones, residents and property owners will continue to have access to their properties from either Route 200 or one end of St-Guillaume Road, depending on the location and progression of the work. Access routes may change as construction advances, and affected residents will receive notices providing details on traffic impacts, access arrangements, and construction schedules.
