Transportation Master Plan Update for Russell Township
Notice of Master Plan
The Study and Process
The Corporation of the Township of Russell (Township) has completed a Transportation Master Plan Update for Master Plans within the Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (MCEA) process. The Master Plan identifies recommendations arising from the study.
Master Plan Report
The Master Plan Report detailing the planning process, findings, and recommendations for the study will be available for public review for 30 calendar days until July 4, 2025. The Report is available for public review on the Township website at www.russell.ca/transportation.
