If you want to be a Third-Party Advertiser during the Municipal Elections, you must file the following with the Municipal Clerk at elections@russell.ca or 613-443-3066:

• Notice of Registration – Third Party (Form 7)

At the end of your campaign (only), you must file the following with the Municipal Clerk:

• Financial Statement – Auditor's Report – Third Party (Form 8)
