She has taken education courses in Pre and Post-Natal Massage, Infant and Child Massage, Pediatric Cranial Disorders, Myofascial Release and most recently Cupping and Kinesiology Taping. To this day, she continues taking education courses in order to offer more tools to her growing clientele. Tara's goal is that her clinic becomes a wellness center where her clients can receive all the services in one place. In the fall, Naturopathic Doctor Ashley Kowalski will be joining Tara to run her practice out of the clinic.

Tara is a competitive horseback rider and over the last number of years has focused on the discipline of dressage; which, she shows at the national level. With this brings the love of helping athletes to achieve proper posture through massage therapy.
