Household Batteries and Old Cell Phones

You can drop off your used batteries and old cell phones at the following locations:

  • Town Hall, 717 Notre-Dame, Embrun
  • Barry's Home Hardware, 120 Craig, Russell
  • Jean Coutu, 867 rue Notre Dame, Embrun, and 629 Principale Street, Casselman

This only applies for portable rechargeable batteries weighing less than 2 lbs.

Please remember to tape the top of 9-volt batteries with electrical tape.

Electronic Devices

Residents can drop off their electronics at the GFL transfer station, 211 Corduroy Road in Vars.
